- Regularly review your progress. Where did you fail? What did you learn?
- Design your life around going into Flow.
- Block out distractions and narrow your vision. Focus. Depth not shallowness.
- Quality not quantity. Go deep on one thing.
- Raise your minimum standard for the quality of your day.
- Let go of activities holding you back (e.g. scrolling on your phone).
- 80% education and 20% entertainment, not the reverse.
- Raise the quality of people, experiences, food, and information you consume.
- Your identity is your floor.
- Go to bed with a commitment for tomorrow.
- Go for No. Try for bigger things in your life, and aim for the higher level in what you’re asking.
- You’ll get plenty of “no’s” and will have to learn to handle rejection but eventually you will get a “yes” at that higher level and have a breakthrough. If you’re not getting rejected, you’re not taking enough action.
- First things first. Connect with God and your family.
